In the next section we will try to answer all the possible questions you may have about our hosting service and the sign-up process.

When signing up why do I have to enter my e-mail again?

The e-mail entered in this form will be used for your hosting control panel account and as the e-mail that you are going to use when making the payments (if this payment method is choosen). If after signing up you need to change the e-mail information please contact any of the Staff members.

Can I use any domain name?

We allow you to use any domain name you own for your hosting service. If you want to use your own domain name please read this:

• You must own the domain name, because we won't register it for you.
• We may have to ask you some extra information to make sure you are the real owner of the domain.
• Make sure the name you are entering in the form matches the name you entered when you bought the domain name, if they don't match, we won't accept your request.
• Last but not least you have to point your domain to our nameservers: ns1.yahostme.com and ns2.yahostme.com. This can usually be done at your domain registrar. If you don't own a domain name, we'll provide you a free subdomain.

How does the paypal payment method works?

You will be paying an specific amount of money (may vary accordingto the currency rates) per month to a paypal account.
You may ask one of the Staff members to change your payment period so you can pay for a whole year (the changes will not apply until you get notified, not before).

How does the ads payment method works?

We will provide you some tools so you can generate the required cde you will need to add in your web pages in order to display the ads. We won't force you to display our ads in every page, but you must make sure that you are earning some money (you will be able to know this with the tools we provide you); if you don't get enough money per month you should add ads to some other pages, or fill a request to change to an other hosting method. Note that not getting enough revenue may cause your account to be suspended.

How does the referrals payment method works?

We will provide you some tools and resources to generate text/images/animated-images links to our website. A referral point is earned when the referred visitor:

1. Joins the forums.
2. Fills the Sign-Up form.
3. Gets accepted.

The referred visitor must access the website by providing a special-generated ID (the visitor won't need to type any code/ID, this will be done automatically by our tracking system); if the visitor doesn't have the ID at the moment he joins the forum, that visitor won't be considered as a referred visitor.
Note that not getting the required number of referreers may cause your account to be suspended.

What can I do if I have a problem with the sign-up form?

If you have any problem with the sign-up procedure don't hesitate to contact us by sending an e-mail to support@yahostme.com. Please provide some information like the forums username.
